Topless Rollerskater
The pedestrian with the white bikini on roller skates will become topless and as a bonus you can play as her as well if for some strange reason you would like too.

VC S.A.W. Conversion 1.0
This mod converts the younger female character models in Vice City to
the San Andreas versions. Characters without a version in San Andreas
such as groupies and the cigar girl were replaced with extra models.
Love Fist groupie 1 is actually a re-textured cut scene model of the
porn star from the movie studio missions. Wander around Vice City and
you may notice some surprise guests from San Andreas as well.
The models used in version 1.0 are the actual models from San Andreas, as well as the textures and skeletons. They have not been rigged to Vice City bone structures or modified in any way except the unusable bones were removed and the vertices assigned to the most logical vertex group.
Improvements that are being made for all add ons after version 1.0 are:
Cleaner, smoother, rounder, higher definition meshes.
Hippo-hips liposuctioned.
Thunder-asses lifted.
Pumpkins pumped.
Legs lengthened.
Waistlines wasted.
Bellies blasted.
Black holes covered.
Cold fronts added.
Installation:
Version 1.0 requires installation with the Vice City Mod Manager and contains 30 default female characters from SA that have not been reworked at all except for "wfyg1" and "burger".
